This policy applies to syntera-glb.com and to our corporate communications, events and business relationships (together, the "Site"). Syntera Network and Syntera Intelligence are separate services with their own privacy policies, which apply when you use them: Syntera Network Privacy Policy and Syntera Intelligence Privacy Policy. If you are a consumer who submitted a request through a Syntera Network campaign, the Syntera Network Privacy Policy explains how that information is collected and shared.

Syntera Global LLC ("Syntera Global", "we", "us" or "our") is a United States company located at 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. 2. Personal information we collect

  • Contact and inquiry information: your name, company, job title, work email, phone number, the service you are interested in and the content of your messages when you fill in a form, email us, call us or message us on social media or Telegram.
  • Business information: details about your business, such as industry, service area, size, goals and budget, that you share when asking about our services.
  • Event, survey and feedback information: information you provide when you register for an event, answer a survey or send us feedback.
  • Job application information: if you apply to work with us, your resume, work history and other information you choose to provide.
  • Partner and vendor information: contact and business details of people who work at our partners, vendors and customers.

Information collected automatically

  • Log data: your IP address, browser type and settings, date and time of your visit, pages requested and the referring page, recorded by our hosting provider when the Site loads.
  • Device information: device type, operating system and screen size.
  • Approximate location: general location, such as country or region, derived from your IP address.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: we use only strictly necessary storage to run the Site and remember your cookie choice. See our Cookie Policy.

Information from other sources

  • Publicly available sources: business information that is publicly available, such as company websites and professional profiles, to understand and respond to business inquiries.
  • Service providers and partners: information from vendors that help us secure the Site, prevent fraud and manage communications.
  • Our services: if you are also a customer of Syntera Network or Syntera Intelligence, we may receive basic account and contact information from that service to answer your request or manage our relationship with you.

4. How we disclose personal information

We disclose personal information only as described below:

  • Service providers: companies that provide hosting, email, communications, security, analytics and similar services to us, under contracts that restrict their use of personal information to providing services to us.
  • Google Fonts: the Site loads typefaces from Google, which receives your IP address and browser information when font files load.
  • Our services and affiliates: the Syntera Network or Syntera Intelligence team when your request concerns that service, and any entities under common control with us, consistent with this policy.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy or sale of all or part of our assets, personal information may be shared with or transferred to the other party.
  • Legal requirements and protection: government authorities, courts or other parties when required by law, or when we believe in good faith it is necessary to protect the rights, property or safety of Syntera Global, our users or others, to detect and prevent fraud, or to enforce our agreements.
  • With your direction or consent: to other parties when you ask us to or agree to it.

5. How long we keep information

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, such as replying to you and maintaining business records, or as required by law. How long depends on the type of information, why we hold it, whether we need it to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes, and the potential risk from unauthorized use. As a guide:

  • Inquiry and contact information: up to 24 months after our last interaction, unless you become a customer
  • Customer and vendor records: for the length of the relationship and as required by tax, accounting and other laws afterwards
  • Server logs: for a limited period, generally up to 90 days, for security and troubleshooting
  • Job applications: up to 24 months, unless you ask us to delete them sooner

6. Your choices

  • Marketing emails: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or email us. We may still send you service and transactional messages.
  • Calls and text messages: tell us during a call that you don't want further calls, or reply STOP to any text message.
  • Cookies: use the cookie banner, the "Cookie settings" link in the footer, or your browser settings. See our Cookie Policy.
  • Global Privacy Control: we treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, and subject to exceptions in applicable law, you may have the right to:

  • Access your personal information and information about how it is processed
  • Correct inaccurate personal information
  • Delete your personal information
  • Receive a copy of your personal information in a portable format
  • Restrict or object to certain processing
  • Withdraw consent where we rely on consent, without affecting processing that already took place
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, targeted advertising and certain profiling
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

How to make a request

Email [email protected] with the subject line "Privacy request" and tell us which right you want to exercise. We will respond within the time required by law, generally within 30 to 45 days.

Verification and authorized agents

To protect your information, we may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, for example by confirming details you previously gave us. You may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf; we may ask for proof that the agent is authorized and verify your identity directly.

Appeals

If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision or emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Privacy appeal". If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may contact your state attorney general.

Non-discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights.

Sale and sharing. We do not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use it for targeted advertising, and we have not done so in the past 12 months. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16.

Sensitive personal information. We do not collect or use sensitive personal information for purposes that would give you the right to limit its use under California law.

Sources. We collect personal information from you, automatically from your device, and from the other sources described in Section 2.

Retention. See Section 5.

California "Shine the Light". We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.

Nevada residents. We do not sell covered information as defined under Nevada law.

9. Visitors from the EEA, UK and Switzerland

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, data protection laws such as the GDPR and UK GDPR apply to our processing of your personal information.

10. International data transfers

We are based in the United States and process personal information there and in other countries where our service providers operate. These countries may have data protection laws different from those where you live. When we transfer personal information from the EEA, UK or Switzerland, we use appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, as required by law.

11. Children

The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us at [email protected] and we will investigate and delete it.

12. Security

We implement commercially reasonable technical, administrative and organizational measures designed to protect personal information from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. However, no internet or email transmission is ever fully secure or error-free. Please take care when deciding what information you send to us.

The Site links to other websites, including Syntera Network, Syntera Intelligence, social networks and third-party sites. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them, and we are not responsible for the practices of third-party sites.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and change the "Updated" date above. If we make material changes, we will provide additional notice where required by law, for example by a notice on the Site.
